Check Out
Our checkout time is by 10am - please drop your key in the 'KEY DROP BOX'. Should you wish to extend this time, please contact us on 07 8702995 and we will advise accordingly. Please note there will be a late check out fee and this will be subject to availability at the time. If you are leaving prior to Reception opening in the morning, please lock your unit and leave the key in the Dropbox Outside Reception.
Payment
Full payment of your booking is required at check-in. We accept all major credit cards: American Express, Diners Club, MasterCard, Visa, and Bankcard (2% Credit Card fees apply).
Cash payments not secured by a credit card may be asked to pay a cash bond.
Parking
Parking is free of charge. There is parking for 1 car per unit, additional parking is available at the back of the motel which can be accessed by driving between the Motel and The Warehouse and parking behind our property… stairway access to the forecourt.

TV and Chromecasting
We have Mysky decoders in all rooms which gives you the freedom to record your favourite shows to playback at a time that suits you. Most of the Motel TVs can be operated with the Sky remote only including to turn the tele on and off. At the guesthouses you will have 2 remotes, one for the TV & one for SKY.
If you have no “Picture” you have possibly bumped the AV Button on the top left of the sky remote. Tap this again until you highlight HDMI1, need help give us a call we more than happy to assist. If you have used the TV remote to turn on the tele make sure that sky has been turned on too with the sky remote. There is also the ability to use the TV remote for chrome casting or watching Netflix, Disney, Neon etc if you have those accounts.
Heating and Air Conditioning
The remote is on the wall either beside the front door or beside the bedroom/bathroom door. Don’t hesitate to ask if you need assistance to operate the units.
Laundry Facilities
We have a Laundry Service available. Cost is $10 per load, this is for washing/drying ask for a laundry basket at reception. Washing will be done by staff and delivered to your room – unfolded.
Arrange at Reception during reception hours.
EV Charging
We do not allow charging from the unit due to Non Insurance compliance & Health & Safety regulations.
If you would like to slow charge your vehicle we do have an outside plug please enquire at reception for details & costs.
If you wish to 'quick charge' your EV there are charging points in close proximity - one beside us in The Warehouse car park and the other 200 meters away, beside the old "Bunnings" carpark.
Noise
In consideration all guests all noise is to be curtailed by 9.30pm.
Visitors are required to depart the property by 9pm or additional charges for extra guests will apply.
Should noise persist after 10PM we will remind you of the policy once and if noise continues the likely resolution will be eviction from the property – Without a refund.
Smoking/Vaping
Note that we are now a Smoke & Vape Free property, please step off the grounds or head out the back of the property to smoke or vape.

The above restaurants are all within a 5 – 10 min walk or a 2-minute drive from the Motel.
If you wish to do a meal chargeback to the motel you will need to show your room key to the waitress and advise that you are staying at ASURE Albert Park Motor Lodge and wish to chargeback your meal. The restaurant will confirm your chargeback with our reception.
It would be helpful if you could advise reception on arrival of your intentions to have a meal charged back to your room. We can then ensure that we receive the bill from the restaurant before we checkout your booking. If the restaurant provides you with a copy of the chargeback please leave this with your room key on departure for us to attach to your invoice for your Company’s records.

LED light bulbs are installed on our premises
Temperature controlled heating and cooling
Reduce the amount of waste going to landfill by separating it for recycling
Use only biodegradable and non-toxic cleaning products
Recycle and or repurpose product containers
Soap & hair wash dispensers in all bathrooms to minimise waste
Train our committed staff to consistently carry out our environmental practices
All ASURE members are actively involved in our local community and provide sponsorship to many community groups

When not needed or when leaving a room, turn off lights or equipment such as heat pumps
Turns off taps tightly when not directly using water
Didymo and other aquatic pests could squeeze the life out of our country’s most precious rivers and lakes. You can help to protect your favourite waterways if you always Check, Clean, Dry any gear that comes into contact with the water, between every waterway, every time
