TERMS OF BUSINESS

RECEPTION HOURS:

8am-10am & 1pm-7pm DAILY.   If you will be arriving outside our reception hours, please advise so you can be informed of our late check-in procedure.

Christmas Day our reception is closed all day, Check-Ins are by arrangement.

CHECK IN:
Check In is available from 2pm on the day of arrival.

Check Out time is by 10am on the day of departure.

Early check-in and /or late check-out are by arrangement only – and subject to availability.  This may incur additional charges depending on the time requested.

TARIFFS:

All rates quoted are on a per night basis and are including GST of 15%.  CREDIT CARD FEES APPLY.  All rates quoted are Non-Commissionable rates.  If not a pre-paid booking, then payment is required at check-in.  For Non-Contact check ins, payment is processed from the supplied credit card on file or as agreed during booking.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:

Cancellations up to 48 hours before the booked date incur no fees. Thereafter, if a booking is cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice the first night is payable.  If any booking results in a "No Show" the Credit Card will be charged for the first night of the reservation.  For Group Bookings of 3 or more units the cancellation period is 14 days with a 25% non-refundable deposit required to secure the booking.   If a group books online a 25% deposit may be requested to secure the booking.  If Cancellation for the group booking occurs within the 14-day cancellation period, you are liable for the full booking amount.

CHANGES TO RESERVATION:

Any change in the term of the reservation will be treated as a new booking and additional charges may apply. Any extension to a booking is subject to availability of rooms. Earlier departure than the reserved date may not result in a refund unless management approve and are able to resell the booked accommodation at short notice.

Please make sure you check your reservation details carefully and advise us immediately of any adjustments required.  Failure to advise us of modifications required will be deemed as acceptance by you that the reservation is correct and in the event of a No-Show you will be charged for the first night stay

CREDIT CARD GUARANTEES:

For all bookings, we require valid Credit Card details at the time of booking.  These details will be held in our secure booking system.  The equivalent of 1 night's accommodation may be processed prior to your arrival up to 48 hours in advance once within the cancellation period.  This is at the discretion of the manager who will decide based on booking demand at the time.  Please ensure your account has sufficient funds to cover this amount as if a card is declined, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.  Therefore, where a card is declined, and we are unable to contact you, your booking will be Cancelled, and the room will be made available to other potential guests.

If you have not been charged in advance, full payment will be expected at Check-In.

FORCE MAJEURE:

ASURE Albert Park Motor Lodge will not be in any breach of this agreement or in any way liable, if it is prevented from complying with the supply of accommodation and other related services by reason of Act of God,

Act of Public Enemy, War, Earthquake, Riot, Fire, Storm, Flood, Explosion, Compliance with any Law of Government Restraint Order, Rule Regulations, Strikes, Lock Outs or any other cause not reasonably within the control of the motel.
